Beautiful work from your DT!

I love making Christmas cards all year long! Thanks for the fun challenge. Here are my answers to the trivia questions:

1. origami
2. Pinking shears are scissors which create a zig zag pattern when they cut rather than a straight line to help limit fraying
3. A spinning jenny makes yarn
4. They are all embroidery stitches
5. Lavendar
6. Puches are one type of tool that cut out shapes in paper
Bonus - There is a fable that a long time ago the only time orphans received oranges was on Christmas day and there was one child who was denied their orange because of some minor infraction. The other orphans in the orphanage each took a section from their oranges to create an orange for this child, so he or she would not miss out on the yearly treat. Some people continue ti give oranges on Christmas to this day as a reminder of unselfish love. of course, a lot of folks just give them in stockings because they round out the toe nicely too, or because it is a treat or get a sunshine fruit during the winter, espcially when there were vitamin C deficiencies.

Thanks for the chance to win!!
